Akiptan plans to meet more capital needs for Native ag producers.
Akiptan is thrilled to announce our two new loan products designed to address fractionated land issues and wealth creation in Indian Country. We now offer:
Land Mortgage – This loan will provide up to $250,000 for Native American ag producers to purchase land. Trust, allotted, or fee simple land is eligible. The loan term is up to 30 years.
Down Payment Assistance – This loan will help fill financing gaps for Native American ag producers looking to purchase land. Loan proceeds can be applied to the down payment required for purchasing a land. The loan term is up to 15 years.
“This is a huge step for Akiptan to help address the myriad of land issues in Indian Country, which present a broad spectrum of barriers for Native ag producers.
